Media Release Policy

Professional Soccer Pathways (PSP) may capture photographs and videos during events for promotional, educational, and informational purposes. By participating in PSP events, you agree to the following terms:

Consent to Use of Media

I grant PSP permission to capture and use my (or my minor child’s) image, voice, and likeness in photographs, videos, or other media formats for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, marketing materials, and event recaps.

Ownership & Rights

I acknowledge that all media content captured by PSP is the sole property of PSP and may be used indefinitely without compensation. PSP retains full rights to edit, reproduce, and distribute media content as necessary.

Revocation of Consent

If I do not wish to have my image used, I understand that I must submit a written request to admin@professionalsoccerpathways.com before the event begins. While PSP will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, complete removal of all media content may not be guaranteed.

Third-Party Use

I understand that media content may be shared with PSP’s sponsors, affiliates, and media partners. PSP will not sell media content for commercial profit without prior consent.

By participating in PSP events, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Media Release Policy and agree to its terms.
